Payment Policy
Payment will be required 21 days prior to arrival for all bookings in the All Seasons.
Cancellation Policy
After booking is made, if cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date 100% cancellation will apply.
While if arrival date is more than 30 days 100% refund will apply only after cancellation request
Made in writing to the hotel. (Refund may take 14 working days after request is made in writing).
Amendment Policy
Any amendments made within the cancellation period are subjected to the cancellation policy described above.
Also, such Amendments made within the cancellation period are liable to same rates and full/partial cancellation fees applicable on the date of Amendment. Furthermore, amendments are accommodated only after settling the overdue.
